Authentic Relating In Bruges: Introduction
April 24 @ 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM
€40Do you long for more and deeper connections with others?
Do you sometimes feel alone even though we’re more “socially networked” than ever?
Are you looking for people in life who you can just fully be yourself with?
Authentic Relating can give you all of that and more:
It’s a set of practices for listening & speaking that help you spark rich, meaningful and deep connections.
Not just with the people in your life but also with yourself.
And you learn them in the form of fun little games, experiments and exercises.
People who went to previous workshops described it as:
“Having 10 minute conversations with strangers that somehow make you feel like you’ve known each other forever.”
Or even:
“Finding back parts of yourself that had been lost since early childhood.”
Me personally?
I’d describe it as a yoga class for your social skills.
Some people might join to stretch themselves a bit, learn new moves, or become more mindful in conversations.
Some might join the class just to make new friends.
For yet another person, it can change their entire experience of life.
There are few downsides and no limits to the depth this practice can create in your life. At least not that I’ve discovered so far 😉
That’s why I’d love to share this with you, the people of my hometown, on a regular basis whenever I’m here.
If you want to join this first date (or are super excited and want a 10 session pass already), click this link to reserve your spot:

If you’d rather be a negative Nancy and stay home watching Netflix, missing out on all the fun, then I advise you to definitely DO NOT click the link above.
Clicking might cause you to have a lots of amazing social interactions which might cause lower screen time, more friends and increased love of life.
You’ve been warned😉

THEME FOR THIS FIRST EVENING:
The first half will be an introduction to some of the core skills of authentic relating.
We’ll focus on short games that get you to experience each skill and how they affect your connection with others.
The second half is a playground for exploring how you might use these skills to better handle challenging situations with others in your “outside life”.
In other words: It’ll be a lot of fun while also giving you something useful to take home to the workplace, friend group or your relationships.
(This evening is facilitated English to welcome participants of all backgrounds.)
